1. It is close to Horton Plaza and the Gaslamp Quarter without being right in the middle of it (Gaslamp gets pretty busy and loud in the evening, I cannot imagine staying there).

10. Friday and Sat nights were definitely the worst as the hotel hosted a '20 year high school reunion' and the drunken folks were waking us up at 2:30am with their loud conversations and ramblings in the hallway.
