The staff is very interested in making sure your stay was everything you expected, and ask about any
problem
s when I checked out (I had none) Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good deal with a beautiful room near everything.

This was probably was of the nicest hotels, we had stayed at for our entire 5 week roadtrip, the only
problem
was the bathroom and slow valet pick up.

was - the trolley started running before 6 am just a few feet from the hotel and the Grayhound terminal accross the street was also active early.
