1. After following these guidelines, and catching up with friends in the lobby as requested, I returned to my hotel room (where my husband was sound asleep) to a party being broken up by security across the hall.

5. The hotel staff was very helpful- there was a light broken in my bathroom and they fixed it the same day i mentioned it.

6. Upon check -in we were informed that the heater was broken until further notice but $30 was taken off the price of the room which was more than fine for us, considering we didn`t plan on being in the room for extended periods of time except to sleep when cold temps are preferred.
