6. Radisson does have a shuttle service to downtown, but unfortunately they only run one shutte - which means you will have to wait for anytime between 10-30 minutes for a shuttle.

9. The engineer, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, came up and said people staying at the Hotel during the Fiesta had really messed things up--he couldn't fix it without cleaning it with chemicals he didn't think guests should have to deal with.
