4. The swimming pool was green and down for maintance - not what you want to see during the summer in San Antonio - oh well? Other things that didn't work well - our key cards didn't work, the key cards to the work-out room didn't work, the ice machine on our floor didn't work, the lights on the elevator didn't work, the a/c was loud and the room was either freezing or hot, we could hear the train whistle go by all night, we could hear traffic all night, the ONE cookie they offered us was hard and cold (they were promoting their 'great' cookies all over the hotel), the room had a sleep number bed, which would be great if you sleep on a sleep number bed and know your number.
