1. We had a small problem with the internet the first night and the engineer came straight to our room and fixed it fast and without hesitation said that he would make sure we were not charged for that day.

3. I've only had a couple of specific problems -- once a stained towel / hairs in the bathroom, once I didn't get the wakeup call I'd requested (nearly resulting in me missing my flight since I'd shut off my personal cell phone alarm -- was given SPG points for that one by a very kind manager).

6. A few days later we recieved an customer satisfaction survey on which we mentioned our room problem and we were quickly contacted by someone from the Hotel offering us a refund for the night.

7. We had a problem in the middle of the night with a loud thumping noise coming from the walls.

8. The only problems we had were the valets overwhelmed by the traffic when we arrived, so the wait was somewhat long to get out car parked.
