1. Despite many negative reviews, I still had high expectations of this property being that it is operated by the Sheraton group.

2. negative for me is the fact that this hotel charges quite a lot for in-room wifi (they offer free wifi in the lobby as well as a computer lounge).

10. My first impression of the hotel: why is this hotel employee making negative remarks where I can hear her?This same woman was at the concierge desk in the afternoons and also answered the phone when I called Guest Services.
