1. Apparently the management is well aware of these noise issues since they provide you with ear plugs along with the other bathroom amenities.

3. Roger the A/V expert the hotel contracts stayed late on Wednesday to ensure solid conference call and internet connections and returned early the next morning to troubleshoot any issues before our final meeting.

6. One stop at the front desk after my phone call and I was surprised with an early Christmas gift; we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, as a resolution to our small issue.
