1. Only downsides - just to make it not look like I'm a shill - $28 for parking - bag that, right across the street is a city lot - 8 bucks for all day/night.

4. The only downsides were the thin wall between my room and the adjoining room - the door between the rooms was locked, but I could hear conversations/phone calls, and no doubt, they could hear my tv, even turned down low.

6. ;-)Only two downsides for my stay: it`s only a 1/2 block from the Riverwalk, but you just can`t compete for ambience within being ON the Riverwalk.

8. The downsides of the hotel are that the city that has grown up around the hotel makes for a somewhat lackluster view and the onsite parking is expensive.
