1. I would like to suggest to the hotel management to install some sort of mechanism on the guest room doors that would slow door or prevent slamming of the doors.

3. I would look elsewhere like I did in subsequent trips (there is a nice HI Express just south of town) as this one is too old and high priced for the small HOT room they offered, including the slow-to-be-answered-phone and snobby desk manager.
