3. When we brought these issues to management's attention, we were basically told 'too bad,' and that nothing would be done, even though the 'satisfaction guarantee' stated that if we were not pleased with any portion of our stay, we would not have to pay for that portion.

5. lots of maintenece issues in the room the sink leaked, there was a short in the desk lamp, a bulb was out of the light next to the chair.

9. Here are some of my issues with the hotel:I was on the top floor, the supposed `executive level`--I did not have any hot water for my first night/day (taking a cold shower at 545 am when it`s chilly is NOT FUN), my balcony sliding-glass door would not fully open NOR close, and there is dirt embedded into all crevices of the room/doors.
