4. Another thing that I noticed was that the elevators were very small and the vending machine on our floor was broken and someone put a hand-written sign on it that said 'Don't Work'.

5. Little stuff (non-working iron, first replacement didn`t work, no eggs for breakfast one morning, no menu service at lunch - only buffet, the ice machine on our floor didn`t work - management knew but left it plugged in running and no sign saying it was broken.
