1. Finally, the fitness center that they give you a complimentary pass to is one of those half-hearted 24 Hour Fitness places about two blocks away, and it does not offer towels, nor any kind of shampoo/conditioner, along with a tiny two lane lap pool and a lukewarm whirlpool.

3. The shower is tiny and it doesn't work, when I turn it on lukewarm water comes out of both the tap and the shower head, leaving me with very little water pressure.
