1. Embarrassing and impossible I endured a complex check in involving my husband back home and verification emails and phone calls only to find that there was no issue with card.

4. I've knocked a star off the review though for one issue we had that wasn't satisfactorily resolved whereby our safe stuck in the locked position and had to be drilled midway through our stay.

5. The noise from the street and the courtyard below was a slight issue and the walls are not real sound proof (our neighbors had a 7 am wake up call) and sirens were heard often, but it's a hotel in downtown Portland.
