1. When I expressed my displeasure they said they had taken care of me the night before and that was it, I eventually negotiated for free valet and half off the room rate but believe me not feeling happy in any way, avoid the hassle, stay in a place where the customer comes first.

2. A couple of the front desk young people I found somewhat uppity, but then I noticed some of the guests were rather demanding and impertinent (I avoid such people).
