5. Later, after my return home, I called them to talk about this, and I was told "Housekeeping says that DO NOT DISTURB as on all day", and that is why it was never cleaned.

6. Each room has an individually controlled thermostat (nice to not have to turn the air on and off) and a great electronic do not disturb system - no signs here.
