5. You not only have to pay $10 per device per day (so if two people, it will be $20 per day - not to mention you can't use your other device such as iphone or ipad), the connection is bad and VERY SLOW.

9. The only area for improvment is related to the hotel's Internet, which was very slow, and with the hot tubs because some of jets needed fixing (which just broke on the second day out 5 party group was there).
