1. We did use the pool once which is a bit small for the size of hotel and can be very noisy.

2. This was my first stay at an Embassy suites and I'm not sure about the positioning of the brand, partly full service Hilton with an Aveda spa in the lobby and pay internet but breakfast in the basemet was worse than a school canteen with a slow line for everything, hideous coffee, dirty tables and noisy.

3. When we found out there's a huge and noisy outdoor AC unit right outside our room, front desk gave us another room yet commented "this is the last one we have, and I don't know what to do if you don't like it.

5. As for the rooms, the mini bar was empty, the lighting was terrible, the air conditioning was so noisy you have to strike a balance between overheating or being deafened all night (we picked the overheating option).
