3. I could still barely hear him and I am certain it wasn't a bad connection on my end since the process to get to the reservation line took me from a live person to a recording to him and there was no static until he answered.

4. I feel a little bad writing this review since I didn't stay here - but the customer service I got on the phone trying to make the reservation was so dreadful that I couldn't have brought myself to stay there.

9. You not only have to pay $10 per device per day (so if two people, it will be $20 per day - not to mention you can't use your other device such as iphone or ipad), the connection is bad and VERY SLOW.
