1. At 4pm on check-in we were told only the bar was open, a very rude (and intoxicated?) bartender not only took an hour to get us beers and our burgers but the order was completely wrong and food was disgusting.

3. Granted, obnoxious and rude tourists are not the fault of the hotel, but if they had been running sufficient shuttles on such a busy travel day, this could easily have been avoided.

4. The same rude woman who intially refused to seat us then came out of the kitchen area, fighting with another person, screaming obsenities and dragging a giant bag of trash acroos the floor almost hitting us with it.

6. It`s nitpicky, but the soda in the machines was actually hot and when we went to see if we could get a refund on them, the lady at the front desk was very rude and acted like it wasn`t her problem.
