1. Really? This hotel often charges $200 a night and you can't provide wireless to the property? In addition to being tethered to the desk for work (particularly frustrating in a room with a couch, a large table and the whole bedroom to work in) you are also charged $11 per day for internet.

2. I enjoy the overall layout of the hotel (rotunda/open atrium) but can understand why people can get frustrated by the noise, however, the beds itself are set back away from the front door.

3. Having specifically reserved a non smoking room with king size bed (and being an SPG member with a profile to match) I was a little frustrated to be given a smoking room.

5. They shut off the water at 12:00 noon and it didn't come back on until around 3:00 pm, so that was very frustrating, but the beds were great, the size of the suite was great.

7. understaffed reception desk - much waiting around-very frustrating, then once you get someone they have a crummy attitude.
