On the down side: * the AC unit in the room was very loud and kept us up through much of the night;* there was a shortage of AC outlets in the room;* we were unable to access either the wi-fi network or the Internet via Ethernet cable from the room (and were told no wi-fi was available on the second floor); * the hotel closed at 10 pm and was good but overpriced (see Yelp and other forums for Relish Burger Bistro);* the shower was difficult to figure out;* the front desk did not answer the phone when we called for wake-up calls and other items around 11 p.
