1. At 4pm on check-in we were told only the bar was open, a very rude (and intoxicated?) bartender not only took an hour to get us beers and our burgers but the order was completely wrong and food was disgusting.

3. We did notice trays of room service food stayed in the hallway for hours- it is not a big deal it just seemed strange that no one would remove them and it was kind of disgusting.
