1. I travel often and write reviews for Trip Advisor often and they are almost always positive so I'm not the guy who always complains.

2. We also complained and were told the guests would 'quiet down' but needless to say not much was resolved.

3. The only complain I had was that the hotel food is expensive and there isn't much nearby, but it's a good stop if you are going to the airport or are at the hotel for a conference, which we were.

When I complained about the unclean bathroom (dirty towels, spit in sink, no soap, trash in the trash can), the only reply was "we'll get housekeeping up to you", but I checked in at 10pm -- had no intention of staying up till housekeeping got around to coming to clean the bathroom that should have been clean.
