1. All in all I would avoid the whole PHL starwood complex in the future.

3. Granted, obnoxious and rude tourists are not the fault of the hotel, but if they had been running sufficient shuttles on such a busy travel day, this could easily have been avoided.

4. With the bedroom being in the back of the suite, it was easy to close the bedroom door and avoid any extraneous outside noise.
