1. We expressed to the front desk that this was unacceptable and we'd be willing to take the room with the broken tv.

2. We didnt have a chance to complain because we were running late to the wedding so couldnt switch rooms, although in retrospect we should have probably told someone and had them move us while we were at the wedding, because it was unacceptable.
