3. Ours had black disgusting mold throughout the tiling of the shower and a ceiling that had obviously had one too many leaks and was patched up in such a gross way there was mold growing out of it as well.

4. The only negatives for us were that we like scalding hot showers and the water is hot but not really hot and a bit of mold around the edge of tub which always skeeves me but I dont take baths in hotels anyway.
