1. The water temperature in the shower was tough to control, but that seems like it'd be only an issue in our one room and not a hotel-wide problem.

4. The terrific location of this hotel, round the corner from Rittenhouse square, cannot cancel all the problems it has: the rooms have perhaps a nice, romantic atmosphere, but they are dusty, the bathroom is small and not well functioning, the bed is extra soft.
