3. My fiance and I went to visit my sister in Philly on the Philadelphia Marathon weekend, so when we went to book our hotel we were left with almost no options other than the Latham Hotel and incredibly expensive suites.

7. If you are not going to be doing a lot of in and out driving, use the parking garage down the street as it is less expensive than the hotel's.
