1. Second time I dined there, there was a breakfast buffet that seemed lacking, service was slow and tables weren't bussed.

9. very impressed with room size and comfort liked the pillows the room was spotless the only downside was slow check in couldnt find any time arrived at 240 long hot journey on greyhound didnt get into room until 430 not sure why the rooms were not ready i guess understaffed after that they did give us vouchers for a free drink at bar everthing else was great Fran on concierge desk very helpful with car hire.

10. The valet attendants were very slow at taking cars into the garage, so i was stuck in the middle of the street for almost 15 minutes waiting for room to pull in.
