1. I suppose downtown Philly is bad for parking - but if I'd know the fee was that high - I'd have avoided renting a car like the plague.

5. I would advise that when choosing a place to stat in Philly, you avoid this place - they are inefficient and not particularly accommodating to the customer.

10. If we were to stay there again, we'd travel by train and avoid the hassle of parking the car -- $28/day for the hotel garage seemed excessive to us so we parked on the street and dealt with feeding the meters.
