1. Drains were very slow, faucet on the sink so loose that two hands were required, a broken outlet in the wall with protruding metal, and the list we left with the front desk is more detailed.

They accidentally charged me $600 for parking - the maids were obnoxious and loud - they woke me up and wouldnt shut up - the elevator was broken, I took it to go down, and it kept going up and down on its own, not stopping for 5 minutes, I was scarred - finally I pushed the open button on the floor - the elevator shouldnt have been in service.
