1. The only downside to the Bar/ Restaurant was that the service was very slow, as they seemed to have lack of staff.

6. very impressed with room size and comfort liked the pillows the room was spotless the only downside was slow check in couldnt find any time arrived at 240 long hot journey on greyhound didnt get into room until 430 not sure why the rooms were not ready i guess understaffed after that they did give us vouchers for a free drink at bar everthing else was great Fran on concierge desk very helpful with car hire.

7. The only downside was that I lost my pyjamas, I think they were tangled in the bed sheets and were collected by the maid and unfortunately nobody came across them.
