1. The only thing I could complain about was the breakfast buffet at Elephant and Castle.

In any event, I certainly can't complain considering the rate I paid, but I do wish the hotel would update its in-room guest services directory and invest in the latest wi-fi technology, which covers a far broader area than what was available even a couple of years ago, to give every corner of the hotel stronger Web speeds.

4. On the way in a cab my wife said 'strange, I had a whole lot of loose change but now it is gone' We decided that it was taken when she left the purse in the room to go downstairs but since she never keeps much money in a purse, it was not worth complaining.
