1. Upon arrival by taxi, and toting 2 suitcases, I was disappointed that not only was there no bellman to assist me but I had to open and manuever through the outer set of hotel doors.

8. Why does the Crowne Plaza, a supposed high end hotel, nickle and dime me?The onsite cafe is good for coffee and pastries but the restaurant, Elephant and Castle is an overpriced disappointment.
