Embassy Suites has the
worst
in-room coffee maker I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot.

To make matter

s, when I asked them to repeat what they just said, they immediately blurted out, 'Please hold one moment,' and put me on hold immediately before I could say another word.

We were in suite 407 - probably the
worst
room in the place - the balcony overlooks the air con & TGI Fridays, however neither provided any disturbance for us but it might be different on a saturday night in summer.

The
worst
part was we booked about 6 weeks in advance to make sure all our bases were covered, then had to leave at 10:00 and find a hotel that would accommodate us.

I figured the included breakfast and happy hour would make up for the difference, but this hotel had the
worst
happy hour food-- only dried out pretzels and chips with Pace salsa.

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites, and this was by far the
worst
one, and not what we have come to expect from this chain.

The
worst
thing was coming back at 10 pm and finding my door standing open, left, apparently open by staff who took out a broken chair.
