4. While I was a little disappointed with the dated decor and worn-out appearance of the room and lobby, and the room was constantly freezing even with the heat on, these alone weren't enough reason for me to write a negative review.

7. The negative reviews we had seen on Trip Advisor were in my mind as we arrived but we had no problems with the lifts and service was good - we had to request additional bedding and cups and they were delivered very quickly.
