1. The elevators, at certain times, would take anywhere from fifteen to thirty minutes only to be packed into a tiny elevator with fifteen snooty teenagers making jokes.

2. There are 3 tiny elevators servicing ~30 floors, I was on the 21st floor so walking was not really an option.

9. Some other caveats:- the fitness room was small and contained mostly broken equipment,- the two guest elevators are tiny and slow beyond the worst that you can imagine (the situation is exacerbated when school groups are staying at the hotel and children are riding the elevators for fun, stopping at every floor),- the TGIF can get rowdy after 10pm, not the best place to take the kids if you arrive late.
"huge rooms, but... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/31/2006 Vote
10. Only one thing the bathroom is tiny, only room for one, but has a extra mirror area to change.
"Great Hotel- " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/19/2005 Vote
