4. Excellent location (right next to historical sites) / service is very good / hotel is clean and rooms are nice - can't go wrong staying at this hotel.

5. We paid the extra $10 over self parking for the convenience, but after waiting on the street for almost 30 min for my car (they first brought the wrong car) I wondered why I was paying a premium to replace a 2 min walk to the garage with a 30 min wait.
