2. I'm very sensitive to molds and mildews and it's not unusual to have problems with that at hotels in hot and humid locations such as Philly.

4. The only thing I could complain about is some of the things such as door moldings and shower fixtures were in need of fresh paint etc.

5. In an effort to remodel, the hotel had placed a small slab of granite on the edge of the tub near the wall and there was a gap beneath the slab that was filled with black mold and the tiled walls were filthy.
