1. We were in a nonsmoking room (I guess our neighbor's weren't?) It wasn't worth complaining about since we only stayed one night and the smoke smell wasn't too strong.

10. 1)the 'smoke free room' smelled of smoke the whole time, 2)the maid took it upon herself to trash our reading materials and snacks, 3)light bulbs were out in the bathroom and the curtains were partially off the rods, creating a one star appearance, 4)we were charged for the overpriced 'Fiji water' in the room even though we didn`t touch it, 5) the shower was very weak (maybe the water can`t get to the 14th floor).
