1. I also complained that the WIFI in the rooms was unreliable and now and then failed.

3. if it wasn't the bellman trying to hustle my wife along with another cab driver where they have a special relationship with or waiting 2hours for pillows or the overflowing toliet from above our room or replacing the drywall nextdoor or the family with the teenage daughter screaming bloody murder or the manager hanging up on me when I complained.
