3. The first room we got was extremely beat up (furniture chipped and damaged and not very clean (hair around the bathroom) and the shower areas had old glass/aluminum doors that were very worn/coroded with old caulk.

4. When we stayed here, the TV wasnt working neither was the DVD player, it took 3 calls to reception to get it fixed, we didnt have a kettle to make tea or coffee, the sofa was ripped, and very worn, in fact everything in the room looked worn and needed replacing.
