1. We arrived at a peak time apparently as there was a very long line of would be hotel guests all looking frustrated with the snail's pace exhibited by the desk staff.

5. Oh - avoid the free breakfast - you will be subjected to a high-pressure sales pitch to buy a timeshare and your initially-polite host becomes increasingly frustrated and less friendly as they see their commission opportunity evaporating.
