1. Well maintained resort with complaints that come from people who just don't understand how timeshares work and the unfortunate riff-raff that once in a while appears at the resort that can happen anywhere that is this large a complex.

6. There were so many issues with our hotel stay that my husband had to speak with the manager at the end of our stay, and all he could do was say' that's unfortunate.
