The floor had been sweeped, but not vaccuumed or mopped, there was urine on the back of one of the toilets, the shower had hair in it, the baseboards were absolutely disgusting, one of the rooms had broken glass on the floor, the phone didn't work, the ice maker in the refridgerator didn't work, nor did the ice maker in our building, the pool towels are little more than a thin hand towel, the staff is rude.
