1. The unit was clean but dated, thing like the sliding closet doors falling off, toilets working poorly, service was poor.

6. When we checked into the resort, there was some minor issue with our arrival date, but it was resolved quickly and everything turned out great from there.

Which after that experience there was no way we were going to buy, because why would you put a potential buyer in a villa like that if you have a 'up to date, granite top, stainless steel appliance' villa available? So instead, of our representative bringing us the papers to release the money after we said we were not interested in buying a timeshare.
