1. I could go on and on with the bugs crawling out of the plants, to lack of response from the staff but to wrap it up and make a long story short the staff clearly just cares about getting a paycheck and doesn't care about customer service.

2. The shuttle service they provide is lacking, if you are going to do the parks or other activities I HIGHLY recommend you rent a car while you are there.
