5. All this is, is a desk to arrange you to go to one of those awful 'timeshare' sale pitches, and the lady at this desk has the audacity to ask you for $20(fully refundable) I of course told her I won't be handing over NO money when she 'invited' me.

9. I ended up staying one night at the Rosen Plaza, and it was terrible by comparison with $10/day self parking, an enormous lobby to navigate with bags, and awful wifi rates, etc.
