1. Second day here front desk was so wrong about where to catch bus back from dwntwn Disney we had to catch a ride back from park employee.

3. head of houskeeping came up i told her what was goin on an she said i was wrong cuz the door hanger mean ROOM SERVICE an i thought the pic ment automaticly ment dont clean cuz of we dont hang it up the they clean your room daily anyway RIGHT so why make a dam sign to confruse the guest ugh that was the icing on the cake.

8. What's wrong here at BW LBV is the total lack of a kind welcome, a smile and that glad to be here feeling that you get from a Disney property at check in and throughout your stay.
